Wednesday - Hatha Yoga 6.00 – 7.30pm with Claire Hatchell £8.00 drop in or £39 for course of six Yoga practice enhances self awareness and encourages a body-mind connection. Claire guides students through the practice with emphasis on the importance of alignment and breathing in asanas. Suitable for all levels. Thursday - Themed four week Yoga workshops 7.00 – 8.30 pm Focus on Hips in March, Balance and Stability in May, Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutations in June, Anahata or Loving Kindness in July and the 5 Vital Airs in August. Supportive, personal exploration of body and mind. Suitable for beginners and all levels of experience.
Saturday - Ashtanga Yoga 10.30 am - 12 noon * NEW with Lenka Pagan £8.00 drop in Strong, dynamic yoga strengthening and purifying the nervous system and increasing stamina.
