Sunday: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm

Treatments, Classes and Spa

Please book these facilities in advance giving as much notice as possible to ensure that you receive the package and treatment you desire.

Payment for Appointments

Is required at the time of booking and will be refunded only if cancelled at least 48 hours (two weeks for group bookings of 4 or more) in advance of your visit. If paying by gift voucher, the voucher serial number will be required to guarantee reservation. If you cancel a booking less than 48 hours prior to your visit the voucher will be annulled.

Spa Rules And Arrival

To allow us time to welcome you and complete the necessary paperwork and questionnaires, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. In the event of late arrival, we may need to reduce your treatment time accordingly. Please ensure that your mobile phone is switched off other than in the Restaurant. Body and Being is a No Smoking establishment throughout. Clients are not permitted to bring food or drink onto the premises.

Gift Vouchers

Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be refunded in part or full once purchased. All vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.

Medical History

Clients with heart and/or circulatory conditions, high/low blood pressure, gynaecological disorders, epilepsy, arthritis, rheumatism, diabetes, particular allergies and some other conditions should seek the advice of a doctor prior to booking. Certain treatments may not be appropriate during pregnancy. Please check at the time of booking.

Security Lockers

are available in the changing rooms. Please ensure all valuables are securely locked away. Please remember that jewellery can easily be lost in the spa area and showers and can be inconvenient during treatments. Please check your locker and robe when you leave and ensure that you take all your possessions with you. Body and Being will not be held responsible should you leave anything behind. Body and Being is not responsible for loss of or damage to a client’s personal belongings, however caused. All treatments are subject to availability. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
